Service Description

We sweep first, always. A clean flue is a visible flue, and soot hides cracks, blockages, and safety concerns a camera alone might miss. Once the chimney is clean, we run the camera and get a clear look at the internal condition, top to bottom. We inspect every readily accessible part of the system: the chimney, the venting, the appliance, and the connections between them. Interior and exterior. We look at clearance to combustibles, flue size, flue material, and anything else that affects performance or safety. When we're done, we sit down and walk you through what we found. If repairs are needed, we'll tell you straight, and we'll tell you why.
